Her Highness stressed the importance of the exhibition in supporting the Emirati plastic movement and creating a large area of interaction between the different artistic generations to transfer experiences and enhance the role of the artist in the advancement of society and confirm the prominent civil work of the UAE, which comes at the forefront of the countries in the world incubating creativity, art and culture and providing the appropriate environment for each creative and artistic work.
She added: "We are looking forward to organizing more cultural and literary exhibitions, especially in light of what Khawla for Art and Culture always enjoys in terms of a wide audience who are eager to meet cultural, artistic and literary figures and learn about their creativity in various cultural fields."
For her part, Rayan Haqi, Director of Khawla Art Gallery, said in a statement to the Emirates News Agency, WAM, that the "Emirati Arts" exhibition comes as an initiative of Her Highness Sheikha Khawla bint Ahmed Khalifa Al Suwaidi to support and encourage emerging Emirati artists to display their various and varied works of art in front of art connoisseurs and As well as giving them confidence.. For their part, the artists participating in the exhibition expressed their appreciation for the support and encouragement of Her Highness Sheikha Khawla bint Ahmed Khalifa Al Suwaidi, and displayed their works in the "Khawla Gallery" to introduce the public to their works that embodied moments of meditation, hope, faith, the alphabet and others, using charcoal, pencils and acrylic.
